To return an item please ensure our address is clearly visable on the front of the parcel and arrange the item to be sent back to us from your local post office. All return postage is at the customer's own cost. We would strongly advise all returns to be sent either tracked or recorded so you are insured if the item became lost in transit. Due to new size regulations set out by the Royal Mail, you may want to consider using a smaller parcel to send your return in so not to incurr higher charges.
